• Filter the water thus obtained.
• Drink hot in the evening, like an infusion.

 

In mouthwash:

 

• Rinse 3 or 4 Nep Nep pods (depending on their sizes).
• Boil them in one liter of water for 10 minutes.
• You can add a teaspoon of cloves, a cinnamon stick, and 3 or 4 gowé seeds.
• Let cool and strain into a bottle, and use as a daily mouthwash.
