- Delivery with Mondial Relay in relay point for Metropolitan France.
- Delivery by international Colissimo for Europe and the rest of the world.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES ?
For delivery in Metropolitan France via Colissimo between 2 to 3 days.
For delivery in Metropolitan France via Mondial Relay between 3 to 5 days.
For international deliveries via Colissimo between 7 to 15 days depending on the destination.

Delivery to a Colissimo Collection Point. / Shipping within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
Delivery to the address of your choice with La Poste Colissimo / Shipping within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
HOW TO TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You will automatically receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouses. This tracking number will allow you, by clicking on the link in the email, to follow the progress of the delivery of your order.
This tracking number is also available in your customer area in the "My orders" section.
I AM NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you are not present during the passage of your postman, a notice of passage will be deposited in your mailbox. This transit advice note specifies the time and the day of passage of the postman as well as the post office in which you will be able to go to withdraw your parcel. To collect your package, you must go to the post office indicated with the delivery notice and an identity document.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Would you like to return a product from your order to us?
Please contact us BEFORE ANY SEND by email at infos@lesjardinsdaissa.com to let us know.
Please specify in your email:
your order number,
the returned product(s),
the reason(s) for the return as well as a request for an exchange, credit note or refund.
This will allow us to process your request quickly and efficiently.
Any Customer may request the exchange of his article within 14 days from the date of the order.
Returns of orders shipped in mainland France and outside mainland France are the responsibility of the Customer.
The product for which the customer requests an exchange, a credit note or a refund must be intact and not opened or used.

Please give us your order number and your name inside the package (a simple piece of paper is enough)
We advise you to choose a mode of transport with tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claim in case of loss of the package by the postal services.
If the article is refused by Les jardins d'Aissa, it will be returned to the Customer at the expense of Les Jardins d'Aissa without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever.
If the return has not been announced by the customer, a voucher is automatically created and sent to the customer if the product is intact and unopened.
Orders made on the Jardins d'Aissa website cannot be returned or exchanged at points of sale distributing the Les jardins d'Aissa brand and vice versa.
