Instructions for use:

In infusion:

• Take 3 vetiver roots, 2 Gowé balls, 3 Djéka leaves, and a piece of mango bark.

• Rinse everything and boil in a pot with 1 liter of water for 10 minutes.

• Strain the water and drink. You can add honey or lemon to it.

In intimate steam bath (sitz bath):

• Choose the same ingredients and quantities as for the infusion above. You can add a teaspoon of Nep Nep powder (available as a supplement with this care).
• Use a basin or bath basin that fits your toilet, then place the mixture inside and pour hot water.
• Sit on it without being in contact with the water (it is the steam that will be beneficial).
• Cover your legs with a towel to keep the maximum steam.
• Stay in this position for 15 minutes.

This is an excellent postpartum care.

In intimate rinsing water for toilets:

• Take 2 vetiver roots, a piece of mango bark, and 4 Gowé seeds.
• Infuse everything in a liter of warm water.
• Rinse your intimate parts with this water after each toilet visit.
• You can keep the ingredients for 10 days, to infuse them again and refill your bottle when it is empty.
• Men can also use it
