- Delivery with Mondial Relay to a pickup point for Metropolitan France.
- International Colissimo delivery for Europe and the rest of the world.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
For delivery in Metropolitan France via Colissimo within 2 to 3 days.
For delivery in Metropolitan France via Mondial Relay within 3 to 5 days.
For international deliveries via Colissimo, between 7 to 15 days depending on the destination.

Delivery to Mondial Relay Pickup Point. / Shipping within 72h (from Tuesday to Saturday).
Delivery to Colissimo Pickup Point. / Shipping within 48h (Monday to Friday).
Delivery to the address of your choice with La Poste Colissimo / Shipping within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
HOW TO TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouses. This tracking number will allow you, by clicking on the link in the email, to follow the progress of your order delivery.
This tracking number is also available in your customer area under the "My Orders" section.
I AM NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you are not present when your mail carrier arrives, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. This notice specifies the time and day the mail carrier came, as well as the post office where you can pick up your package. To collect your package, you must go to the indicated post office with the delivery notice and a form of identification.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

- the number of your order,
- the returned product(s),
- the reason(s) for the return as well as a request for exchange, credit, or refund.
We will thus be able to process your request quickly and efficiently.
Any Customer may request an exchange of their item within 14 days from the date of the order
Returns of orders shipped within mainland France and outside mainland France are the responsibility of the Customer.
The product for which the customer is requesting an exchange, a have or a refund must be intact and not opened or used.

Thank you for providing us with your order number and your name inside the package (a simple paper is enough)
We recommend that you choose a shipping method with tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claims in case of loss of the package by postal services.
If the item is rejected by Les jardins d'Aissa, it will be returned to the Customer at the expense of Les jardins d'Aissa without the Customer being able to claim any compensation whatsoever.
If the return has not been announced by the customer, a purchase voucher is automatically created and sent to the customer if the product is intact and unopened.
Orders placed on the Les Jardins d'Aissa website cannot be returned or exchanged at retail locations distributing the Les Jardins d'Aissa brand, and vice versa.
